Peeling with 103 here out of position is a recipe for disaster.

Massive stack advantage so why not, i was picking up pots all over the place by how tight they were playing

If everyone is being tight, then raise! Calling with junk hands solves nothing, just lets people hit a piece of the flop when they're so short that they won't fold any sort of equity (like an open end straight draw)

his call wasnt good but ur call pre is very bad , this is constructiv criticism btw. like lambert said if everyone is plying tight its a great spot to jus pick up the pot pre! ive noticed u have posted alot lately which is good cz it will help u cut out errors like this and help improve ur gme

A massive stack advantage isnt a signal to start spewing chips around willly nilly being a calling station. T3 suited pre out of position should be going in the bin. If as you wer saying, everyone is playing tight, then raise, preferably in position; dont be a station out of position. I dont know about some of the better MTT players on here like bearlyther, beaneh and percival but I hate your donk lead for 975 on the flop - might just be me though. What hand is gonna call you here that youre beating? 99? Likely a flush draw - and then when that hits on the turn you jam all in?

whys he calling he had a up n down draw not bad at all your calling with 10 3 is poor tho if u hit ya 10 u cant be positive ya ahead

Sorry IDCU.....calling is BAD...very bad with just 16%  considering the pot odds. He has 10 BB's left and should find a better spot with better equity surely? Just plain silly by him imo but if you've been playing a lot of hands he may have become a bit tilted too. Its fine to bully but this is too much quite frankly.
T3 s may be ok with a lot of chips to try to flop flush draw or two pair but don't fall in love with a single pair. You have.....It's a matter of discipline. Make the plan before the flop and stick to it.
