Is the play correct

  5 handed final table   -  I am on the button with AQ on about 20BB . . .the cut off (on 40BB) min raises . . . .I put in a 3 bet ( putting in approx 5BB)

 He shoves . . .and I call off the rest of my stack . . . Am I playing this correctly?
