Sorry don't know how to put up hh.
Rare online cash outing.

Readless. 15/30 effective stack villain approx £30

KK on button. Raise to 0.90
BB calls.

Flop 873 rainbow.

Villain checks,I bet 1.20

Turn 2

Villain checks, I bet 3, villain raises to 8.50

I pass.
Thoughts on checking back turn? Can't see how I'm ahead here

yeah dont think im ever checking turn tbh.

I think a lot of the time the way the villian has played the hand its a set and especially the turn is a deuce so very unlikely the turn has helped his hand at all unless gave him flush draw outs on turn.

but yeah agree with GT it depends what reads you have on opponent to make your mind up on the turn if he is wild I flat turn and reassess the river/if hes a solid reg who does not bluff or makes moves just fold turn.

positive note though your bet sizing is spot on in this hand.

Yeah, i would rarely check it back.
Just wanted to think about how by doing this i'm controlling pot size and keeping all his draws in.
River obviously gives me an outside chance to hit and maybe pick off a bluff on blank.
Agree with you Liam in that his play was just screaming off a set.
