Live - tricky spot

My image is aggro, although villain has recently sat down and won't know this. I don't know villain but he's 50ish and well dressed, i guess he's probably not going to get ool. (obv could be way out)

1/2 villain in BB effective stack approx £130

Stradle to 4 is on and i raise JJ in hijack to £14

Villain raises to £38, straddle gets out of way

I pass.

I obviously can't peel, his stack is too short.
Seemed really close between putting him in and folding.

    Meh, you are only about 33bb deep effective, v unknown live I prob gamble it up. Dont hate folding though

    your right its either ship it or fold don`t think we can ever call here.

    he`s put just under 1/3 of his stack in pre flop don`t think he is folding plus if he just arrived prob aint bluffing could be wrong though. I think I pass you can find so many better spots than this live imo.
