Hi Rich and Stuart I've been playing poker 10years and started out on Sky a few months ago and built up a good bankroll £160 from my starting deposit.
I'm struggling with variance at the minute and am struggling to convert good positions in the later stages of tournaments and have lost the majority of my bankroll. I would say I was a winning player in a live environment but am losing motivation and starting to doubt myself playing online poker, can you offer me some advice.
My new years resolution is to try and finally understand that playing poker is about making the right decisions and not necessarily winning or cashing in a tournament. I dont accept bad beats very well and instead blame myself when I know its clear I made a good decision.
We also have 4 seats to give away for the next night's UKOPS 3 mini event. They'll go to good hand requests from UKOPS 2 and our favourite answers to these questions: What 's your general New Year's Resolution? And what's your poker New Year's Resolution? Get your answers in for that and I'll see at 7pm tonight! Posted by RICHORFORD
