disconnection

Hi

Just bought into a £150 deep stack just now but when the table launched it showed i was disconnected.

I in-installed Sky from my desktop completely and firstly tried again direct through the website with no joy.

then again no luck when i installed  the SW again. On both the website & the SW i could buy into cash tables no problems

any ideas what's going wrong guys?

    Morning 1281,

    Sorry that no one got back to you sooner, however Customer Care are ALWAYS the best folks to approach with questions like this. I know we say that a lot, but the main problem with disconnections/other issues with playing on site is that there are just a lot of variables to go through, which is why CC are best placed to go through one by one with you.
