 managed to win a 5k bounty hunter sat

 didnt get entry

 evern though 2 seats are guarented

 phoned cs was told that if i payed to enter would not be refunded the money

 so what to do now

 pretty disgusted at cs one this one

    I have also put a thread up Mark. I was looking forward to playing this tonight. I didnt think CS would get their heads round the problem.

     woman has no clue didnt understand

    i got £12 for winning mine...
    i always buy in anyway but enter these for a little spin..
    spoke to CS there tryin to sort it as its an error
    i always get the full amount after gettin one and already bought in

    Personally I think its an administrative ****-up with the prize pool being incorrectly calculated.  BUT I do think that Sky should do the honourable thing and pay you the prize as stated as its their mistake.

    He did in one sattilite but he also won a seat in the other, But he dint actually get a seat. So he should be given the seat tbh

    OIC, didn't realise there were two different problems.  I hope Mark & Alan get it sorted.

    I've sent a message via the Mods round robin email system so hopefully the Sky team will pick up on these threads in the morning.

    Hey everyone,

    Really sorry about the confusion here. The satellite was set to spawn into the wrong tournament.

    All winners of the all-in satellites will be credited with the correct tournament buy-in fee of £55 (unless this has already been done by customer care last night)

    Hopefully this issue will be resolved by mid-morning.

    Sorry again for the confusion.
