Earlier on i logged on and entered into 2 £5.50 DYm's as i do during my lunch hour at work only to find out that the ports have been blocked.
Is it worth me contacting CC to see if i can get a refund or do i just put it down as a £11 loss as it was technically my end and not sky's fault.
Hopefully i can get it sorted so i can get back on the tables.

If i were you, i'd contact them. If you've not played in a hand then they could be willing to refund. I've found sky cc to be helpful in the past with problems i've had though not this particular one. It can't hurt can it?
PS You may need particular details like game numbers, dates etc so get them first. They may be able to have a record of the problems.
