Hmmm - Hard to put down once you hit the Q, and his stack was such that he had already put in a quarter of his stack, so an all in isn't surprising.
I'd possibly bet at least 3/4 pot once you hit the queen to make it less worthwhile for them to call. won't scare them off everytime, but if they do call & miss (which they will more times than not), you're making more in the long run.
