Did I play this right to maximise value?

Not worried that I got outdrawn on the river as I know it happens, but bearing in mind it won't happen 2/3 times, did I play this right to maximise value on other occasions?

Player seemed fairly ABC, wasn't raising too much, largely just calling, and seemed only bet when they had something valid, thus I figured they had connected in some way.
Decided to ship it when the draw missed on the turn to avoid any sticky decisions on the river and to make it unprofitable for drawing hands to follow.

Did I play this OK? If I did it the same again, do we think it would be +EV?

    As long as you know you're folding to any bet on the flop if you don't hit the 2 then all fine.  You got it in good and they hit their draw.  Shrug shoulders and carry on

    Absolutely. - when I'm Set Mining, if I miss, I just down tools & walk away. Not bothered about the outcome of this hand, just want to fine tune my play for future similar situations.

    You maxed it Jack. This is the way I'm playing micro now with so many bad chasers at the turn, shame the fish seem to be hitting all the time! Haven't worked your equity out here but this is massively +EV. Just goes to show you should never be shy of betting hard at micros, you are not going to "scare them off".
