hi all this is a 33 quid bounty hunter just moved from a diff table villian is agressive as i had watched 3 hands and was calling most of the time and re reraising and showing air  tried a move on him
did i get unlucky or just a cooler from the off i know most will say fold pre but i have to admit i play these types of hand as when i hit i get paid
but on the flop did my reraise  just look like i was bluffing?
plus i didnt put him on the jack and thought i was a head when i moved all in

I would usually fold pre here, being OOP

I would much rather wait till he is in the C/O and me the button and call there with Q9s when we have position... or 3bet if the stacks are right..,.

i'd fold pre because of position.

edit: i was going to say you can 3bet/fold to shove or c-bet shove, but having seen the blinds, there is no need at this deep stage.

i'd just wait for JJ+ and trap him silly, villain will do the work. no need to go looking for a fight.

    Hi C

Well the  phrase, "LIVE BY THE SWORD, DIE BY THE SWORD" comes to mind.
You know he's aggro, has a big stack, low blinds and yet you want to play oop and make a move with middle pair on a RAINBOW flop. You have trapped yourself in some ways i think, though i don't understand his call either and would call it 'brave' as he has shown down trash.

To be fair you've called his raise pre and he would expect a 3-bet with maybe 99+.You then ai'd so may see this a a weak bet and not suggesting you've paired the jack and may feel that he's ahead. Consequently he sees your bet as a bluff and is happy to take a punt for the bounty.

I thought these plays only happened in micro BH's
