hi guys I am a low stakes player.. I play dym and some mtt.. but I always seem to get it in good and lose.. then I go on tilt and go up stakes and lose more lol.. for example I got it in with top pair top kicker... flop comes 2 3 6.. opponent calls with q 6.. turn is 10 and the dirty queen comes on the river.. so frustrating any advice.. I've heard the saying if its not ur day walk away... but its harder to do than it sounds lol.. any advice will be well received thanks guys........

I bought a kitten for the sole purpose of punching at times like these.. only joking! ..I was given it ;)

I know u know this but why upstakes after a bad beat? You're not going to be on your A game, even if you don't feel (or more likely won't admit) you've been affected. Why the **** would you want to get into a bigger game playing worse??
Oh to get even, that's right..

I'm going to buy Jared Tendler's Poker Mindset book, I'll let you know if it's any good for tips on dealing with this stuff, assuming I don't chew it to piece's the next time I get runner-runnered.
