I raise bigger pre after a 3x and a call.

Don't shove the flop, why would you do this when you're crushing the flop and even if they flop a flush or a set, you still have a fair few outs. Bet the flop normally, like 500ish and call off the shove, gives you a better chance of getting jammed on with TP, Kclubs and a random card etc... just open jamming makes it hard for them to call.
