Not a big believer in implied odds but had seen the guy pay on the idiot end of a straight a few hands earlier - so thought the chase could pay off here and soooooo glad I completed the blind on a very rare occasion.
Felt for the guy when he flipped his hand over (after tanking, he must have been thinking "They pick up a flush draw, or wait.. NO WAY!"), expected to see 3d4d or limped Aces. Commiserations to villain but bet bigger with the flopped nuts to keep the wolves out and don't go broke in a limped pot next time!
