You really gotta stop the terrible raises pre. Do a proper raise (bigger) or don't do one at all. You just invite people to call when you don't have a strong enough have to do so. You're in position which is a bonus but you want people to either fold or make a mistake by calling, so don't offer them great odds.

pf raise isnt too bad. should be a little bigger like 3x but i wouldnt say its bad.
