20NL - Flopped 2pr, turned the house

I flat the flop because 3betting I think is gonna turn my hand pretty face up as being 2prs and sets, so want to let him carry on betting on the turn with his TPs, straight draws etc and I can assess how badly the turn card improves his range.

Now that I've flatted the flop, do I have to flat the turn? If I don't flat the turn, is my sizing ok?

Sigh, yes I know. I got too caught up in making sure I could get stacks in by the river, and ended up doing something that meant it didn't even get that far.

His line does look pretty strong though so thought I might be able to get away with it.

i would say a flat call is better on the turn too all he seems to be showing is the sign of a pair of Q also as it has just become paired it makes it easier for the villian to believe you have a 9 in your hand.
the villian himself i don't think has a straight because the board is lacking draws so a J10 i would see just wanting to make the call on the flop
maybe he has a QJ or Q10

If you think oppo is bluffing on flop then flat, otherwise look to get it in

unless your thinking your beat on flop )

    turn is a flat

Well if I manage to get it in on the flop, I'm almost certainly beat. I could get c/r by worse hands but if we get it in I'll be against better 2prs, sets and JT imo.

Flat the turn, let him barrel again on the river then get it in

Well yeah,as always, I'm posting hands cos I know I've done something wrong, and I usually know what it is before I even post it.

The turn was deffo a flat. I think the only thing that calls the turn raise that I beat is JT and 88, both of which he can have, but its a small part of his range.

Was worried about whether I can get stacks in or not, but as I was discussing with Doh last night, it really helps that I'm IP. If I flat the turn, I can just jam over whatever river bet he makes if he makes one, or it will only be a slight overbet jam.

Raise the flop, once you call the flop and turn gin why on earth raise there?

    Call turn as played.

id rather raise the flop than the turn.

If anthing his line looks super bluffy so just hold your hand and accept the gravy when this turn card hits

how many turn cards kill your action/rim your hand value?

how would you play JT or w/e is the straight?

the flop flat is fine but it's awful if you then raise this specific turn.

at 20nl people will still stack with top pair.

A lot of players (perhaps not some of your better regs) will stack here with KQ/AQ maybe even 810 i know ive stacked people in these spots who are just spewin.

I'd be worried getting c/r here otf.

We block 2 of the 3 sets, but they cud still have em, as well as better 2ps and TJ.

Not chuffed about getting it in.

Happy to flat flop, flat turn and then do whatever otr, shudnt be a hard spot, his river action will tell us whatever we need to know.
