    Bit of both - you are losing tonnes of value by trying to push everyone out of the hand with a shove.  I bet 400 on the flop and see what the villain does.  It really depends what range youve put him on, or any notes you have whether you call a shove after this - but I would almost all of the time.  If he flat calls, the ace turn is such a good excuse to get out of the hand cheap.  If its a blank stick the rest in. When you put him all in on the flop he has to make a decision there and then whether the two overs and a nuts flush draw is good enough for a call and you are racing.   Yes, you are ahead and you should win more often than not, but theres no need to stick youre whole tourny on a whim so early on.
    Preflop is good imo.
