well this villian called even when two others had shoved on a paired board when all he had was two pair one being that pair on the board so i highly don't think he would even fold a 40p bet because he simply holds an A

the board is paired he has not straight or flush draws not even big pair yet he still thinks his K3 hand is good enough to call the shove!
if he will not fold this hand then basically i highly dout he would fold that A3

Id peel with a rag ace on the button against certain opponants dont see a lot wrong with his play providing hes not just calling with a rag ace to hit hes got position and if he knows how to play postflop his peel isnt awful.
