knowing that a cheap BH will have players who play very simular to those who play the micro cash games, would it have been best to just check back as he has not shown any sign of holding a pair of jacks as he just checked the turn and river leaving me with the idea that he has missed his flush or is holding a set and wants me to shove.

Betting river is fine. Fold to the c/r tho. You only beat KT or a complete bluff.

Just check back flop given the amount of (probably lolbad) opponents we have to get through and see if we improve on the turn. 

Never pot the river with the intention of folding given your stack size. It would be terrible.

i missed bet size to stack.

looks like 2 pair or the same as you / better he calls 4x BB he calls the bet on the flop and when he raises you on the river its obv fold hes either got KJ/set /KA/KQ

the only thing your really beating is k10 which hes not going to call the flop with anyway and prob not pre flop raise
