Lagging SNG tables

Does anyone else experience lagging on Sit & Go tables?

I don't have this problem on cash tables or MTTs but any time I play a SNG the software seems to lag to the extent that I miss chances to call/raise etc. I am only playing one table at a time so I don't think it is due to the performance of my PC.

    I made the nut flush on the turn but couldn't click call/raise quick enough so timed out and mucked my cards.  Very frustrating.

    I enquired to customer care a few weeks back, whether they think a refund would be fair. Beacuse in all fairness, it genuienly might be costing people money.
