Can't open internet way to sky poker when download is installed on laptop?

Why is i cannot open the internet way to sky poker when i have the download installed on laptop.  All i get when i try to open the internet way is this service is not available.  I use this way quite a lot when the tournament lobby wont open on the download.  Which is very frequent.  Can anyone help?  Is this now permanent?

I get this when trying to get to the forum through Google Chrome.
I've resorted to using IE for SkyPoker which works ok.

thanks for that.  I can now open it via google chrome never used that before.  At least i can get the lobby up now.
