Shoud I have shoved on the river

I was on the 3rd hand of the 2k bounty hunter a few days back and got deal 10-8 off. I called a min raise pre flop in late position. The flop came 10-9-10 and the pre flop raiser put in a 200 bet which I called, all others went out. The turn brought a 9 and the pre flop raiser put in 400 which I call having the full house. The river comes with a 9 so the board is showing 10-9-10-9-9. The pre flop raiser bets 400 at which point I go all in and get snap called, the guy had quads.

I was putting him on AA, KK or QQ by the turn. It was early in the game so I didn't have any meaningful information about if he was tight/loose etc.

My question is should I have shoved? I figure I should have as I could never put him on a 9.

Thanks

It was at the start of a tournament so we were both on more or less what we started with. I guess if it were a cash game then shoving would be right but maybe not so in a tournament.

    Thanks
