Sync breaks issue

Not going to complain about the sync breaks in mtts, glad we finally have them.
However if I'm 3 tabling (im sure others do more) - and we need the bathroom, we are unable to register for tournaments that start after 45 mins part the hour. Im not sure why the reason is for this, it does say in the lobby breaks at 55 past EVERY hour.
Weather its 10 mins into the tournament or less, i think all tournament players are entilted to their 5 minute hourly break.
Edit: Just realised i may have put this in the wrong section, if so can a mod put it in the right place please.
