MINI UKOPS rolls on & is now over half complete, and over the course of the next few hours we'll take a look at the who & how much of Day 4. Right here. Right now.
The opener & the finale both missed, as I think they have every night, as did the 7.30.
The Main - a Freezeout, not a BH - just about snuck over the line, with the evening's surprise package being the PLO8 Bounty Hunter which exceeded expectations considerably. It's those golden words "Bounty Hunter" that did it. Pretty sure that if Sky Poker added the words "Bounty Hunter" to every MTT, overlay would never happen.
Good to see @allen23 make the money, & to spite me after I mocked him yesterday, @HENDRIK62 had another deep run in 7th.
6th went to @SJW0808, and if the winner were decided by most bounties taken then 5th placed @THIRA777 would have won, having taken a dozen heads. 4th went to the intriguingly named @Coqpower.
@A5743DC ran 3rd, with the runner-up spot another alias that sets the mind racing for an innocent explanation - @bjplz. Quite so, quite so.
Winner was @Pago123, and if you don't recognize that alias it might just be because it was only his or her 2nd ever MTT on Sky Poker, the first being the previous night. Way to go, Pago.
It's pretty miserable weather here right now, but the sun is shining brightly over in the Bahamas where the Caribbean Poker Party Main Event bubble has burst, & we still have a few Brits in the running, vying for $1.5 milly up top.
Amongst the Top 20 right now is one guy who is very well-known indeed at the Sky Poker tables, used to play all the big cash games, though I've no idea if he still plays here. He certainly has style. Can anyone name him?
2 other Brits both well-placed include these two friends of mine. Name them both, plus the lad with style, for a Milk Monitor badge.
This was a real fun watch, and fair play to the winner who really battered the tables from the get go & was always in control of this, so well done @Mattsmum. Very decent player, but better known at NLH, & he ran 5th in a Easter UKOPS Main event earlier this year.
Well done to @tomgoodun in 5th, he looked like challenging the winner at one point, but the cards ran real badly for him when it really mattered, with Sky Poker PLO8 regular @suzy666 rounding off the Final 6.
Other PLO8 regulars in the money included @adzbo &, sigh, @HENDRIK62.
In 8th was a player who must have read a different book to the rest of us, @county, now there's a player who is tough to play against, he's the Albert Sapiano or Ali Mallu of Sky Poker. Technically, it's so bad, but it works for him & when he is sat to your left it's headache city & he's so tough to read. He put a shocking beat on @Jackattaxx, calling down with virtually no draw no hand, but somehow spiking trips on the river. Jackattaxx said "very well played mate", or words to that effect.

Michael Kane, Simon Deadman? and Adam Owen. Methinks
For the 2nd successive night in this event @pcwmtc was 6th, that takes a bit of doing, with @Yarife 5th & @bobbyboy33 4th.
@KingHurley is making a name for himself lately with plenty of UKOPS cashes including a 3rd in a Grown-Up UKOPS a fortnight ago, & he secured another 3rd here.
Runner-up was @Bean81 with @telltailte getting what I'm pretty sure was his first UKOPS win. Well done bud.
In 7th was the umpteenth deep UKOPS run by @KingHurley.
In the Final, a real high-quality affair, @nuggs25 was 6th, outlasted - just - by @TheDart who has had a quiet week by his standards, @Danny2309 in 4th @ @BigDane 3rd.
Runner-up was @Hammmmers with the impressively profitable @DarkNeo1 our winner.
Lewis Hamilton got in trouble yesterday for suggesting that India was "too poor" to stage a F1 Grand Prix. Of course, Twitter being Twitter, he got ripped for it, but he was misinterpreted, he was talking about the poverty & living conditions being less than ideal.
To be fair, he had a point. Ever tried getting the 0836 to Delhi?
After 6 unplaced attempts in 2 nights to do well in a Mini UKOPS without even a sniff of making the money spots, @sylvia1951 got it right this time & got the absolute lot. The things folks will do to fool the handicapper, eh? Well done Sylvia, but that's a 7lb penalty naxt time out.

The kids names?
Kai
Klay
Kit
Cass
What happened to proper names like George, Bert, Fred or Dave?
Mini UKOPS 16, £11 entry, £3,000 Deepstack
Brave decision indeed to have a non BH UKOPS Main, but it got over the line thanks to 243 uniques & 68 rebuys.
Just making the cash was @Curt360x27, with all-or-nothing man @Froozle a few spots better.
30th was @skypokerfu - nice name mate - with @fitzy_1, @thisltedu, @allen23 and @miniman88 all finishing in a bunch.
Good efforts too by @jubb (20th), @albaking (17th) @terrytwomore (15th) and the wonderfully-named @WillyBongo (11th).
