If you'd raised to 100 then that would be a min open.
A 3bet is if someone has raised before you, and then you re-raise.
A 4bet would then be if someone re-raised the 3bet.
And so on and so forth.
PS you want him to call, you have Aces and he has K3 offsuit.
Just have to accept that occasionally K3 will win one way or another.

To be honest i was always considering a 3*bet anything triples the biggest bet of the table.
