    Might be able to actually make this one and considering me and my partner are considering moving up that way might just make the trip up explore the area get to know what its like and play the tournament this is all pending many things. Poker bankroll is much healthier at the moment technically this would be out of bankroll management rules but if its like a one of occasionally I am sure it would be fine.

    This all pending multiple factors people dont need my life story and no guarantees but there is a realistic chance I actually make this one.

    Where's everyone stopping?

    PREMIER INN - (CENTRAL) - Deansgate M2 3DW. About 300 yards from Casino, Close to McDonalds, and a decent Wetherspoons, so ''Good Value' all round :)

    .... but there's no parking on site, tho' I think there's parking at the Casino building, but might be pricey.

    Chris @rspca12 and a few of the other 'Manchester Lads' might be able to advise better

    GOOD LUCK :)

    Grumble: like the Vegas promo, this is announced too late for me to be able to participate. It would be good to have at least three months notice. While that might not be fully practical for Sky, a notice of intent to say we are planning an SPT on X weekend at an undisclosed location would help. Sky seems to have an older crowd of players compared to the average site, who come with more weekend commitments.

    @CadleyX

    Hi,

    Start time on Saturday is 2pm.

    Late Reg is open for 8 Levels. (40 minute levels with a 20 minute break every 3 levels).

    Can we look forward to seeing you there?

    I have heard that Sky are intending to make their live experience as entertaining as the online offering. They will therefore be immediately ejecting participants from the venue at least five times before finally letting them come in and sit at a table. :D

    p.s. only joking, hope you all have a great time.
