UKOPS 21 £15k HR Semi didn't run tonight

@Jessieak
@tai-gar

We all won seats in the all-in sats so I assume we will get a refund at some point?
If not automatic will we need to contact customer services tomorrow please?

    You will or should automatically be refunded.

    Pretty sure it will be in your account tonight or tomorrow morning, but if it is not, let me know & I'll try & get it sorted.

    Hi @Tikay10 no credit for these. They do get missed a lot when the Semi gets cancelled.

    I can't tell for sure, as the ability to see the P/L by MTT is no longer available, however I did receive a credit of £48 on 23/12/22 at 9.45pm, so I am guessing mine was refunded. Thanks for spotting it @tai-gar. It might be worth checking if you had a £48 credit at 9.45pm on 23/12/22 It could have been a separate All In sat that generated the £48, so I may still be owed. I am really not sure tbh.

    Do we know if the £48 HR Sats from 16th and 20th were cancelled too? Is it still the case that if you bought in direct you are refunded OK, but if you Satellite in, you don't? That's how it has been in the past, but may have been fixed?

    It did not run on the 16th (all the refunds were made afaik) but it DID run on the 20th.

    Is there a way, that you know, for people to see if they were reg'd for it on 16th? I thought I was, but memory, at my age, not great. :(

    No rush with the reply btw, I am sure you have better things to do this evening. :D

    I can confirm you were NOT registered for the £48 Semi on the 16th. You played a £10.50 satellite to it but finished 3rd of 3, beaten by loololollo & Jazzydog & left it at that. You can see the result on Sharkscope. (Tourney ID 36928146).

    Unfortunately, at the scheduled start time it only had 6 (SIX) runners, not the required 7.

    You were the 7th entry but you registered 2 seconds too late, as you can see;

    That was a shame, I thought I'd made it in time when it accepted my registration. Thanks for the clarification. That being the case, all is good for me, I have been refunded correctly.
