Interesting spot in the Midex, I disconnected HU when our internet went down. It took me about 2 mins to log in on my mobile, @utang just mashed the raise button (as is his right) & i was crippled by the time I got back on.
What's everyone's view on this? Raise as fast as you can? Or give them some time?
Personally, I would wait/sit out for at least a good few minutes in the hope that my opponent would return. Only exception would be if I had previously seen my opponent mash the raise button against someone else HU when they were sat out. Thankfully, that's only a very small list, albeit one that now has an extra name on it...
You say it is their right but it just seems morally wrong to not give you a chance to return. Not sure about everyone else but I wouldn't get much satisfaction from winning a tournament by mashing the raise button after my HU opponent disconnected.
