  Thanks for all your help, I have implemented all the kind suggestions, even reloaded the site, as for the

  Hi All, To those that are having a problem with the new download, can I suggest that you contact Customer Care who, although they may not be able to help at the time, will be able to pass on details to the Tech Team who, hopefully, will be able to sort the problem for you. As for those who have suggested using a hot water bottle to keep your computer working in the cold PLEASE don't be silly......Everyone knows that an electric blanket works best. Sky Mod4

  In the interest of peoples safety you really should know better, so would you suggest Single, Double or King Size?
