Forty. Maybe I shouldn't have got involved, but felt good at the time having won a large pot outdrawing KK's with my pocket JJ's after flopping a set. You might notice that he only won on the river..Could this be a classic case of "miracle river" which I have seen a lot of lately? Posted by GaryLaud
If that was me i wudnt of just min raised him back, i would of reraised again but bigger, your deep enough and min raising him back isnt going to achieve much,he's always going to call, if you raise bigger he's prob folding raggy aces. if you get called by aq or ak and they hit there ace on the r then so be it. the blinds also both came along aswell so if you had raised bigger they wud of folded aswell and you'd of taken the pot down there and then!!
After he clicks back your raise i think you should jam. There is 900 in the middle, we have the 3rd best hand in the game, dont be afraid to push the lot in. You will often get called by hands you dominate, or if not we pick the 900 chips. If you are behind pre flop you are unlucky, if you are outdrawn then you are also unlucky. But i think the play here is jam
I dont like that donk raise, what do u try and do by raisin to 200 from 100? make it 300-350 put them under pressure, u dont put players under decisions to go all in, nor isolate the pot, min raises are just donk bets which to me always shows a clear sifgn of strenght
he hit his ace on the turn, u went all in ahead, the rest is just unlucky
