Level 2 of a DYM, have played oppo before and seems fairly solid,

Is this a snap call without a made hand, or do we just lay it down??

Not sure i like the re-raise size, utg 2x bb to 9x bb in a dym with ak.
Over inflating the pot pre meaning the stacks v pot size by the turn is not much diff opening up the shove.
    As played for me fold.
Not the nut flush draw str8 could be dead & 1800 chips has plenty of play at early levels.

Might just flat pre if I'm honest. AK value improves later on. Fold here

No need for 3bet to be this big pre.
    Folding on flop
    Folding on turn.

Why do we want to get our stack in with nothing this early in a Dym?

Don't mind a 3-bet but 9x in a dym is way to big.4/4.5x does the same job.

Cheers fellas, Looking at the hand, yes the 3 bet was a touch large!!

Still felt as though I had plenty of outs when I called, had 34% equity,

Someone has mentioned before what equity you need for it to be profitable, not sure on the figure.

All advice noted, thanks.(Still had 6 BBs though!!)
