Hi Can't believe I'm owning up to this - but I'm think I'd prefer to sleep at night than keep quiet ........ I appear to have been paid twice in error for 20th place in the Champion league. It's safe to say that I'm well and truly sick of poker right now, lol. I picked the Premier League, because I wanted to give myself the challenge of hitting the top prize. It ended up with me having to play 10-12 hours each day, just to compete with guys like alvez, launder and tatopagao who were playing much higher stakes than me. In the end, I managed 2nd place. I'm a little disappointed I didn't get 1st. Overall though, I was pretty lucky considering alvez was only 5 points behind me going into the final day, but it looks like he hardly played yesterday, allowing me to grab 2nd.
For the last 3 days, I was playing my B or C game, making quite a few poor decisions just because of all the hours I had to play. I was -£48 for the week in table profit, but thanks to rakeback and the 2nd place prize, I've made over £1000 profit. I must say though, I ran absolutely atrociously in DYMs in the final 3 days. I was losing at least 90% of coinflips in every bubble spot - pretty soul destroying.
Now I need a very long break from poker. The games are filled with regs right now too, which puts me off playing. Congratulations to everyone else who won prizes!
