    The Promo page states;

    Day 1A Flight

    Friday 4th May
    Play commences at 16:00
    Late registration open until 20:40
    Play concludes at 01:50am

    As stated on the Promo page here, under Event Schedule;

    Can i buy in direct on Sky poker, have booked train and hotel but need to buy in before i get to Nottingham, don't like leaving to the last minute, something of an age thing i think, like things set in stone

    I asked this and was told probably not. Have to buy in at venue. I am in the same position as you and have booked hotel...will take a chance.

    At present, no, & it's possible that you may NOT be able to do so.

    You can buy-in at the Venue, that's the only certainty.

    As long as you arrive well before scheduled kick-off time, you should be OK.

    Two more questions ,

    Question 1

    I see in the Sky Lobby I am registered for Day 1A having qualified. So arrive at any time to play since I am registered ? Or do I need to be there before 8.40 to play my stack? My flight gets in late Friday

    Question 2

    I have someone travelling with me who plans on playing Day 1B and buying in at the venue. If he comes to the venue on Friday night can he buy in and register for Saturday Day 1B?

    Hi @marlsss

    Question 1 - Your chips are NOT in play until you arrive.

    Question 2 - That's a "local" decision, it was not possible at previous legs, but it may be possible this time, I honestly don't know. As long as he arrives nice & early for Day 1B he should be fine.

    Train gets into Nottingham at 12.10 and hotel is opposite so as long as can get into hotel early hopefully in casino not long after 1 oclock

    Birmingham, on the bright side just satellited into Sunday major for 3 quid and finished 15th for £228.... entry paid for now :-)

    Afternoon, Lady & Gent,

    Direct Buy-In for SPT Nottingham is now available on SkyPoker.com

    Earlier, I had said this was unlikely, but it seems I was wrong. Never been known before. Much.

    If you wish to buy-in to either 1A or 1B on Sky Poker, just go to the MTT Lobby, click the SPT NOTTS tab, & they are there. Registration is open now.

    Yes, that can be sorted.

    Just turn up on Friday, & come see on of the Sky Poker Team, & we will get you a seat for the Friday.

    Please don't arrive at the last minute though, arrive half an hour or more before kick off to give us time to arrange it.
