I was thinking after last weeks 2p-4p challenge it would be interesting to do one on MTTs. The challenge last week was quite popular with plenty of folk getting involved.
This one is maybe a bit harder becasuse people will be playing at so many levels.
If you look at my sharkscope graph it shows minus £300 or so, i'm looking to turn this around and get it going North.
Looking at GaryQQQ's challenge, 1000 poker points into £1000, his sucesses at MTTs, and indeed the sucessess of other regular profitable MTT players has inspired me to try and significantly improve this side of my game.
It was really interesting reading the commens on Thursdays shows thread with all the various different hints and tips. Over this week this thread will show my journey through various MTT tournies.
It would be brilliant to get feedback and tips from regular winning MTT players. And also for anyone to post up any questions they think could help them improve their MTT game.
My plan is to play 10 £2.20 Bountyhunters over the course of this week. I want to "cash" in at least four of these, and ideally final table on 2. It is a really tough ask, but i'm going to try and stay focussed to achieve this.
Any help feedback would be really appreciated, and would be great to see other people joining in.

I'm playing in the £2.20 BH tonight at 8:05.
Most of the 1s i'll be playing in will have 400plus runners.
I dont normally post but thought i would say good luck.
Rome isnt built in a day.
I would start with deep stacks, lots of play and time to recover from beats.
Less runners normally 60 to 80 and great to experiment and try things.
Going deep in 2 is better than 6 min cashes
Making final tables will win you money.
Good luck.
Daggers
£10+1 speed today 18:15 for 5th of 33 £18.15 + £3.75
£5+75 today at 17:30 for 2nd of 118 £50.30 + £14.06
Total winnings of £86.26
When i shove here, a lot of the time this will be the best hand.
I could of folded, but at this level it's amazing sometimes what does call you.
1 down 9 to go, might play a deep stack tomorrow.
BH in my opinion are not worthwhile unless its £5.75+ or the Thursday ME but start small get your bankroll before you go higher.
Good luck
gl with your new challenge, should be another good one to follow.
i've just started playing in the 7.45pm £100 gtd deep stack(£1.10 entry) which is great value to play in.
played in 3 last week cashed in 2. so recommend them.
gl with the b/hunters .

Thanks Daggers, Dev and Younggun,
In BH'ers i seem to double up early or go busto, peoples ranges are a lot wider than a normal freeze out tournie (as with that hand last night, where many times i would have been good there). My logic was a bit back to front, i was thinking at least in a BH if i bust out then atleast there is potentially a return from bounties. Thinking about it that totally forfeits the purpose of this as my whole thing is to try and get a deep run in a tournie and get to the final table.
The orfordable tournie on a friday night has a really good structure, some really good players play it and theres plenty of scope for good play.
I'll play the deepstack tonight and might also play the mini tonight(cant remember if thats a BH or not).
Might also try playing a few satelites, for the main event.
I know i got unlucky, but is it 2 risky shoving A J into 3 players?
