I actually don't mind checking back here. The board is way more likely to get worse for us (unless it comes running K, board pair). I prefer under repping our hand against some regs - especially those who we won't get three streets from unless they have us beat on this kind of board.
I think we get c/raised a lot on this flop and have to fold (against most regs). Checking back and getting 2 streets > bet/folding flop imo. I'm assuming this guy is a solid reg, if he's a fishy then ignore everything I just said.
Saying that I'd be calling turn and most rivers, I think folding turn is way worse than checking back flop.
I also dont mind checking the flop , but purely to pot control. If we play a big pot when we're this deep on this board against a decent oppo we are likely to have poor equity.
I'ld be fine chk/calling turn and river on most runouts since the many pr + draw hands that we beat are very likely to bet.
