Anna always gets confused when she sees my screen name but it refers to my beloved Colchester United FC. My hometown, the old Layer Road ground was one of the true boltholes of football.
Having my first Sky Poker session since I got my first proper job so I'm celebrating
Also looking at flights from Essex to Newcastle! Any chance of an SPT on the south coast/east anglia?
In the 60's my cousin played for West Ham so every weekend my parents, my sister & I went to all the West Ham games so i am a true hammer. Considering we lived in Manchester it was a lot of miles every weekend but a great family outing.
As a 9-14 year old it was fantastic going in the VIP room at Upton Park every other weekend getting players and celebrity autographs and meeting people you saw on the TV.
Considering I was adopted how lucky did I get, best parents in the world and great adventures
Still a huge fan, you can never change your allegiance
1) The smell of freshly cut grass in the summer 2) Rain on a hot day 3) Playing poker
Wish me luck in the BH I have been running ok recently but not playing too well, I had a great few hours on cash so hoping to turn it around in MTT's this evening!

Can you please show this hand. Its a bit of a 'How lucky can u get' Brag but should I have checked on the river or was the bet correct considering it is a B/H? I had him on a 7 or small pair.
Hi Guys, Great show as usual, love the banter. Can you please show this hand. Its a bit of a 'How lucky can u get' Brag but should I have checked on the river or was the bet correct considering it is a B/H? I had him on a 7. Hand History #676451749 Cheers Stew Posted by Stewart1
Hi thanks for the request, which b/h is this from?
Have a good show tonight Anna and Tikay. Hope I can put to good use the free entry I got into nights main event for guessing Anna's finishing position in the SPT at nottingham. Anna, you finished 196th and my guess was 195th. I wander if I can do better then that in tonights main event. Somehow I doubt it ,but it will be wonderful if I can make the final table and all because the girl finished 196th! Posted by wynne1938
Hi Anna , you win,I finished 410 tonight,so well done for you 196th position at SPT Notts.
When I used to work in my dad's printing firm, people would often ask me to print things. Occasionally, after receiving their print, they would ask me to redo, this time ever so slightly darker or lighter. I would tell them "of course, I'd love to do that for you." I would then go to the kitchen for a cup of tea and return with the same print after five minutes. And they would always say "yes, that's perfect." Little things like that get you through the day.
Good Evening Anna and Tikay I am a Brentford fan because when i was a kid I met BILL DODGIN who was the Brentford manager at the time and i asked him for his autograph but i had no pen and nothing to write it on , he got me a program and signed it for me, a true gentleman. all the best Rainman397
My team is, of course, Plymouth Argyle. When I was about 10 My Uncle Alf took me to see my first match and it spawned a lifetime's obsession. When he died I wasn't sure whether I should mourn or dance on his grave. After the last disastrous few years I think the latter option would have been favourite.

It was a cooler - AK on the button, big blind woke up with QQ and open shoved my 4x raise.
TK am I alright to take the risk if I think I'm ahead of most of his range there or should I have waited for a better spot?
Was a very good weekend - very enjoyable. I can see why people keep going back. I certainly will be.
