    I have just recieved an email saying the problem is linked to firefox and to change my browser.
    Can someone explain to me how the download version uses firefox please ?

    Yes they are both browsers.

    I meant is firefox the same browser as internet explorer?? I'm useless with computers!! I use internet explorer and I'm still having problems.

    Why do sky always place the blame elsewhere? Would be a lot more patient with them if they could just come out and say "yeah we are having problems, fix them as soon as we can"

    First noticed it last Thursday night firefox.Really bad Friday swiched to DL same,chrome same mtt's & stt's.
    Firefox also tables not opening getting this...(tables started after lobbies)
