    Possibly

There are conflicting opinions. A lot of players who lose seem to think it may be. A lot of players who win a little bit every so often don't think it is.

. . .  and therein lies the eternal dilemma? Without the global stats being available, nobody can prove anything - so you pays your money and takes your chance . . . . . .

Why WOULD it be rigged? Sky make their money via rakes regardless of who wins ..

“Why WOULD it be rigged? Sky make their money via rakes regardless of who wins” ..

Not suggesting for a moment that poker sites are anything other than completely honest…
However, someone with a suspicious mind might argue: Good hands encourage you to bet - the more you bet the bigger the pot - the bigger the pot the more rake for the site.

A 'good hand' can be made with any two cards. And nobody - and no site - knows what you will do with your hand on any given board.

Why would any site risk busting a player for one pot's worth of rake?

    It just wouldn't make sense.

I do love the rigged debate....

    1. Why would you post this on a Sky Poker Forum if you thought the site was rigged!!!

    2. Why would you be playing on this site if you thought it was rigged!!

    3. LOL at this thread..... Swings happen and if this is your way of dealing with it. then good luck for thr future.

    p.s

Well in the true sense of the word rigged all poker sites are rigged in that the RNG is set to perform a function of randomness which I assume has to be confirmed by the regulating authority. So it is rigged to be as random as possible 1 would assume.

hmm the villain raised I have a draw might as well fold only rigged sites will ever give me the flush.
hmm 22 I get 3bet might as well fold only rigged sites give the set here AA wins.
hmm a straight draw villain bets might as well fold only rigged sites will allow straights to hit.
hmm 2 over cards he bets might as well fold only rigged site give me better pair.
hmm top pair nut flush he bets I raise he jams might as well fold only rigged sites will give me a flush here his set or two pair remains.

what a waste I have playing this because every time a bet is done they will fold as the AA is certain to win preflop straights flushes always miss so hey just fold.

what I want is a poker game where I know villians will chase then draws call those set miners chase the over card pairs knowing they could get it. not a game where the best hand preflop is the winning hand otherwise I might as well play slots where atleast the times I hit them I will get paid big where as here any bet and they fold knowing I have AA so I just with the blind.
