BOOM! UK Poker Championships Monsta Freeroll.......

.....tonight, at 7.30pm.

It is in the lobby now, but registration is not open until 2pm.

Up for grabs are....

 

·         1st - Seat to the Sky Poker UK Poker Championship (worth £1,100)

      ·         2nd - UKPC Final seat (worth £240)
      ·         3rd-6th - UKPC Semi seat (worth £52 each)
      ·         7th-30th - UKPC Quarter seat (worth £11.50 each)
      ·         31st–100th - UKPC Micro satellite seat (worth £2.50 each)

    Great value there, will deffo be playing.

    Slightly off topic now, but it's something I've been thinking about. I'm gonna be trying my best to get into the £1k ME this festival, if I do that, my intention was then to continue playing the sats for the cash. I also plan on playing them here and on DTD's own website.... if I win a seat for the £1k on DTD and am regged, then won a seat for it on here a few days later (or vice versa), would Sky acknowledge I'm already regged and give me the BI or would I end up having 2 seats when I can only use 1?

    Great value there, will deffo be playing. Slightly off topic now, but it's something I've been thinking about.     The DTD satellite system will not work like that, Paul, they don't offer seats as such, but "tokens" which can be used for various Tourneys.

    SkyPoker.com will be devoting their energy on the Main Event, so that's what we'll be focussing on here.

    Just registered and look forward to it during the football tonight.

    One quick question, if you win a micro sat seat are you just automatically reg'd into the next one as I know a number of these run through the day/night or do you get to pick in some way? Cheers.

    Is there a particular reason for this? I mean surely you make more from playing cash/standard tourneys than satellites?

    Anyway, i got knocked out first hand! Didn't really feel like playing tonight but thought I may as well give it a go just in case. 3bet pocket 8's got 2 calls. Flop was QT4 and I called a shove... found myself against K9! Then the 9 hit OTT! :D
