Hi Anna and Ryan, enjoying the show. Question for eitherof you . If in a dym 5 players go all in first hand and there is one winner do you know which 3 players cash? I played one recently and 4 players went all in so it was straight forward as to which 3 cashed (the winner of the pot and the two that didnt play the hand). thanks Ger ps ignore this if you think its not relevant as I know its not poker advice!

    Rylan/Ryan/RyRy, question for you:

Since I've been playing poker, I must have got AK all-in pre-flop around 100-150 times and I've only won with it twice .. (not even exaggerating!)

My question therefore is; generally would you prefer to get AK in pre, or play it down the streets? What should be more profitable in the long run?

The best bit of poker advice I have ever been given is always play with one eye open

Thanks for the answer about AK Ryan, based on what you've said, I think I am making a mistake then.

I'm an MTT/DYM player and if I raise 3x pre-flop on level 1 or 2 with AK, and face a further raise or an all-in, I usually just jam the lot on or call their shove. Sometimes I'm ahead, sometimes I'm behind at that point, but the majority of the time I end up losing the hand.

What would you suggest if I raise to 90 chips with the AK pre, then they re-raise to say 270 chips at the very start of the tournament then? Should I fold, call or re-raise?

Best advice I can give is if you have spent all night building up a nice stack on the cash tables and you say right this is my last hand and you are dealt AA just fold them and go to bed

Thank you Anna and Rylan that's great!. BTW it's Mirage Rich as in the Mirage hotel in Vegas (first one I stayed at there).
