Chaz is a lovely guy and if I had to bust i was happy to see Chaz do it.
I had Ace-King having lost a big pot a while previous and sooner or later in these big events you are going to have to win a coin flip or avoid a cooler.
Of course straight after the event you bemoan your luck but I think back to day one when I won with 3-4 of spades against a set of sixes on a two spade flop and if I had lost that I would have been home two days ago.
Of course I am desperately disappointed, I felt I was going to final, but my good run ended a bit sooner than I would have liked, and I couldn't avoid it with that hand with that stack."

"I was below average all day and was on the same table as the young chip leader who was opening every hand. It is not easy to find spots to accumulate chips in these circumstances. At 650,000 I was down to 12 or big blinds and needed to double up to be in contention. In the end I am happy, I performed well, it was a very nice experience. The structure was very playable. If you are a better player, it really suits you. I have been here before in big events like the World Series and the EPT and this was definitely an excellent event. Apart from the fact I lost mylast hand, it is all good"

Legend is sometimes overused as a word, but for Barney it's certainly appropriate!
Meanwhile in the 6max side event, Thewy has lots of chips after a couple of 'fortunate' spots. Thewy with chips (and a bit of run-good) is dangerous!

In the 6max, Dave 'Hitman_RV' Harvey sadly out.
However, Chris 'CoxyLboro' Cox had a LOT of chips.
When asked, he said 'I won a hand'
All Adam's fault IMO, he should probably buy you something expensive to make up for it

Just spotted James Rann walking around. Out of the 6max James? - we ask.
He tells us....
Lost a pot which would have been for the chip lead.
Basically he hit a set of 8's and an aggro player shoved the turn, James called and was well ahead agains the opponents gutshot... ...which hit. Ouch!

Another exit on the other table.
AIPF 10s vs 8s
Tens hit a set on the flop but the 8s have a gutshot.
Board pairs on the river and the 8s are KOs (Matas Cimboles from Lituania)
9 players return for a final table tomorrow.
