Tonight's Site Issues - 22nd March

Hi all,

As you're aware we're currently experiencing technical issues on site. All play has been paused.
We have our technical team investigating the cause and we will endeavour to fix this as soon as possible.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will update you as and when we know more information.

    why were the tables restarted when not everyone could play? I dropped from third to sixth so some people were playing and stealing my blinds :-((

    good that u have suspended games m8 but so far this has cost me 3 direct sats for 36 quid most of my primo and mini chips for 63 quid havin t jam in 4k when i get chance for 55 quid the 1k bh fo 11 quid and most my chips in 400 guarantee for 8 quid so starting back up aint good half stacked

    THE PROBLEM IS THAT SOME IDIOT THINKS THE NEW FORMAT IS THE WAY AHEAD.
    WHAT THEY HAVE COME UP WITH IS THE SAME AS SOME U.S. SITES.
    ITS POOR IN AS MUCH YOU HAVE TO DO 3 CLICKS TO TRY AND DO SOMETHING, WHEN YOUR IN A GAME AND TRY ANY OF THE OPTIONS,
    SO SKY HERES SOME ADVICE .... GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMAT

    yes im at the end of my patience with this site-I get refunded a measily £4 last night from £16 worth of buy ins-I switched off and gave up . now I do the £55 buy in for the first time -table crashes finally loads up then is paused-then once again crashes -when finally loads back up I have 1k chips for £55 !!!! to say I am not happy is the understatement of the century!!!

     whats the point un-pausing the game when i got knock out whlie people were still playing when i could not get in so i have lost my £2.30 and the games from last night

    After the second pause there are still loads of disconnested players at tournament tables.

    3/6 are 'away' at my table in the 9-30 BH.

    You guys saying about "losing this, and losing that" haven't you tried contacting customer services about your issues? Lots of people have been affected by these seires of  outages in many different ways, so I wouls suggest you get in touch with the "powers that be" and politely, make your case known as only a few of the staff read these forums, and they may not pickup upon these complaints if they aren't looking at these boards.

    The point we're at now is that all systems have been back up for a while. If you're still experiencing issues, then please do contact customer care and they will assist you.

    We totally understand that you want answers as to why these issues have occured but unfortunately at the moment we don't know the root cause. We're doing our best to get to the bottom of it and we will update you as soon as we know more.

    Again, huge apologies for the inconvenience, and as i say please contact customer care if you are still experiencing difficulties or have queries regarding tournaments/tables you were playing on tonight.

    its never comeback on after the 10 :55 break a complete and utter farce somr people hve to go to work in the morning

    no full refund I,m off elsewhere in the future
