Primo players have been screwed over. 

Game time played 2 hrs 16 mins (should be 3hrs 20 mins) - players left - 53-212 ( clearly people have been blinded out)

Why?  If you've been knocked out, you're out?

I think the way Sky managed the refunds is absolutely right.

Unless you were in a tournament, had issues and were blinded down for a while, got back to all the other problems (pauses) and then went out.  MTTs are a lot about stack sizes and if youve been forced to sit out against your will, then yes, you have been affected... even if you went out inbetween one of the pauses.

If you are out before the faults then no refund should be given.

i was in 2 dyms both down too 4 players pretty much cashed both yet only get my buy ins back and the players that are out will get refunded as well not right.

fair enough people who where blinded out but not those who busted out

regd for a 100gtd as other games seemed too be going fine and that is stopped now think i,ll give up for the night

I am furious with the way Sky Poker have handled the refund situation and I demand that my total poker winnings is swapped for the total poker winnings of Ryan Spittles, otherwise I leave the site ..

It's a absolute joke happened twice while I was playing last night, I was un top 4 in primo till it crashed again at 10pm when it come back on again about 1020pm I was tilted and it affected my game as it wrecked momentum and game flow there for I so think sky should refund all players that entered the tournaments.

I'm not blaming sky for my tilt but I an for te awful software errors.

Now can we trust sky enough to add them to noir Sunday schedule today?

I was playing several tables last night and feel I've been unfairly treated I was playing 10k primo which I satted into to.. I was told that I couldn't have refund on it but I would be placed in a tournament of the same value.. As a loyal customer I would have thought that as a good will gesture you would refund this as we have all been inconvenienced all weekend.
Another thing when it finally came back on I played th 1k bounty at 22.40 then it crashed again..

I'm curious how the refunds are calculated. Below are the numbers for the Primo as an example.

A player in 53rd place of 53 with just 187 chips (I realise he was probably being blinded out) was refunded £106.55, that's 57p per chip. The chipleader was refunded £458.31 for his 42937.5 chips, thats 1p per chip.

23 spots were due to be paid with a min-cash of £106.

I'm not complaining, I wasn't even playing in this tournament, I was just wondering how these refunds get worked out.

once again i feel robbed i struggled to keep myself in the primo and by some miracle i did the reund however is not great as i was also in the 4k bh and got a massive 77 quid thanks a bunch this however does not help when i bust mini for 5 50  3 direct sats for around 30 three bounty hunters for  around 40 pound what about the ones we blinded out in sky?
