The UKPC Six Max festival starts today witrh 1a of the Six Max Mini at 12pm, late reg is 4.40pm



 


We anticipate Day 1C on Saturday of the £250 UKPC 6-Max Mini to be very busy and are requesting local players/those that can to please play Day 1A/B.

    Am currently in the Starbucks at Leicester Forest East Services, between J21 & 21a of the M1.

    A most interesting Service Station, sandwiched between two of the most fascinating Motorway Junctions in the East Midlands.

    If I know them, yes, but I won't recognize too many I'm afraid.

    I'll try & do a bit of an Upodate, but can't promise Tighty standard.

    I've just got me a brand new camera (don't ask), its currently on charge, so if I can fathom out how to work it, & get photos of, there'll be a few of those as we progress.

    Tikay, we'll assume you're not playing the main as you're "Front of House" and it sounds as though you're not playing the mini, but are you playing any of the other events this time around?

    Got to go one better in the PLO(or PLO8), surely?

    The 6 Max Mini costs £250 to enter, carries a £150,000 Guarantee, & so needs 600 runners.

    Great start.

    My old camera shows "SYSTEM ERROR (ZOOM), & won't function.

    So went to Currys this morning & got a shiny new Samsung 21X, & a Memory Card.

    The "Quick Start" operating instructions are in foreign......

    The Memory Card does not fit, it seems to need a very small one.

    So I'd best go find a local shop & get me a Memory Card that actually fits.

    We are back.

    Just have to fit the Mini Memory Card now. And the Mini-Maxi Memory Card Adaptor.

    First, we have to get the Mini Memory Card out of the shrink-wrap. You ever tried that without scissors?
