Hiya! I said I was going to play some after Christmas and before the New Year so I did! Thoroughly enjoyed them too, lots of new names around, brilliant stuff. I might stick around and play for a bit after the New Year too, take it easy, but play some. Don't give it a second thought busting me out! When four handed and about level 9 billion I had to shove with my hand of course and you'd be silly not to call with yours. Happy New Year!
Just a quick update from team AJ, not played a great deal of DYM's. I don't really do the multi table thingy, and have been playing plo8 tourney's. Cashed in a few last couple of weeks (all good practice for when I become plo8 champion)
DYM's played 60 ......won...31 lost ....29 which is an improvement on my first time around
played 5.........60p games " 4.....£1.00 games " 3.....£2.00 game " 41.....£3.00 games " 7.....£5.00 games
I'll try and get the rest of the game's done ASAP Then I need to find a new challenge, plo8 related of course.

Had fun along the way. Actually lost a a little cash wise mainly due to a loss at a £10 when on a bravery cross attempt.

Good bantz. Most memorable was busting jimbod when there was an absent player yet taken in good spirit and getting a wp from tikay when shoved my 1.05ish xbb and quadroupled up on the bubble with spanners. Yeah sick skills from me.

I have just completed a second 100 (took ages as I haven't been playing much recently) and I think I ended up around the 60% mark. I did make a little profit though as virtually all my games were at £5.5 and £11 and I think I had a better percentage at the £11's. Also mistakenly regged for a £5.5 STT rather than DYM but managed to bink it after the initial shock of not having a clue how to play it! I was even running at nearly 70% for most of the 100 but some variance, card deadedness (not a word surely?) and generally bad play from me put paid to those dizzy heights.
BTW none of the above will trouble the leaders, especially as I think I went on record of not wanting to do another 100!

I reckon that the ploppers need a thread, so since Karen has left, I would encourage all of the PLO8 players to keep this , or another thread going, not only for the camaraderie, but also to promote the game that we all enjoy.
