cant connect through desktop client any help cheers

Hello just wondering if any 1 is having same probs, never had a problem with this till yesterday, have uninstalled and installed 4 or 5 times and still wont connect, been playing through the browser but that is no use as it disconnects half way through hands lobbys dont appear and is basically a waste of time and money playing on, 1 eg, was in mini last night was in middle of a hand and had put half my stack in then it disconnected by time it connected again i had timed out, any help would be great cheers

    yes i have the same thing it is saying installer file is damaged

    cheers for reply john, did it start with you yesterday?, i contacted customer support but that was a waste of time. tried playing through browser again today, not going to bother with that now, so annoying cutting off all the time, cant figure out how to sort this, if any 1 from sky can help please reply cheers

    when you uninstall the client next time try uninstalling Adobe Air as well then reinstall from the Sky Homepage as before,

    if this still doesn't work repeat as a bove only this time use the regedit feature in windows to remove all traces of the client from the registry. but ONLY DO THIS if you're confident in what you're doing

    Had the same problem starting yesterday evening, used the browser which was fine I guess but doesn't handle multiple lobbies and the window sizing was a pain. Haven't sorted yet so be interested to know how you resolve it if you do.

    My Adobe installer was damaged 9 months ago, so i have to play thro browser,sigh

    dont know how to do screen shot, but when you click on icon the blue box which usually appears come up like normal and says initialising for about 1 second, then a seperate white box appears infront of original box saying network error, and 2 buttons underneath 1 saying try again and the other saying quit sky poker, the first box that appears just says inialising non stop and nothing happens HELP ITS DOIN MA NUT IN  ; )

    uninstalled adobe air and sky poker then re installed. still the same

    I used Chrome for my laptop.

    Working fine on my Mac.

    Cannot take a screen shot as still in work.

    Hi,

    I've got the same, can't load the download client, being the same since late last night

    Keeps saying - Network Error, and gives you the option to Try Again or Quit Sky Poker

    Only option is through the browser currently.

    Really need to be on download client if I'm to load up multitables.

    A fix before 8pm would be handy

       it not just sky poker its sky bet my sky the message is internet explorer cannot display webpage  
       
       using google crome at moment download client refuses to download

        no problem with any other website just sky

    it wont let me download from explorer for some reason, when i click the download link it just goes to blamk screen like it cant connect, but is fine downloading with chrome, i use vista also

    We have made a change now that we believe will resolve the issues that you seem to be experiencing. Please could anyone who was affected first of all restart their machine and give the download client another try.

    Did you mean, uninstall reinstall and give it another try or just try loading it.  If the latter, then it's still the same I'm afraid. Back on browser tonight.
