Button Hunter not loading

Anyoine else having problems loading? Im playing two other tables with no problem and CC not answering!!

    Won't load for me either. Have tried download, browser and mobile app, all multiple times with no joy.

    Where is the support email address? Instead of constantly telling people about the 8pm tourney constantly in popups why dont u tell people whats going on with the tournaments that are screwing up?

    Nothing came of an explanation but I got a refund as a 'good will gesture'. Whatever that means. Its as if it was partly my fault or something.

    Very frustrating. Its clear some can play but not others. I was really looking forward to this. Gutted.

    they should cancel the MTT and give out the prizes like it was a timed MTT

     Danielle: Hi, you're through to Danielle.
     Steven Brown: Hi Danielle
     Steven Brown: Button Hunter is still not working - tournament is still preparing to enter a 5 minute rest break yet the levels and blinds are still going up
     Danielle: Hi Steven
     Danielle: this is something we are aware and are currently investigating this
     Steven Brown: ahh okay - will you be restarting the tournament or refunding or dont you know yet?
     Danielle: I am not aware as of yet, but once this has been investigated, we will let the players know
     Steven Brown: just a case of watch the chat box then?
     Danielle: It will be via e-mail
     Steven Brown: okay, thanks for your help

    As I said i'm gutted this tournament didnt run, for whatever reason, but the numbers must be encouraging as it more than doubled its garentee and thats with a MTT that didnt work!

    So I hope it returns. It would have been great to play with some 'big' names!

    Is this how it is at sky, if u need help u have to post on a forum and hope someone sees it?  Just annoying because ive restarted the client, clicked reload table 4 times and then tried to close table and it just keeps opening taking the popup focus away from tables on other sites... id have shut down sky completely if not for being in 3 on there. Kinda joke software.
