Why and how was this hand voided, happened about 11.45am today?

    I emailed this thread to the Sky team last week and they said they would look into why this happened and get back to me. Not heard anything since though.

    I also had a hand liek tis but it wasnt a cash hand it was on a DYM, il try and dig it up, im glad it happened thought because  was miles behind in the hand and it saved me :)

    I was involved in a hand which was voided and twice tried to post it on the forum but each time it was blocked. I asked sky why they had blocked it they replied  by saying because it questioned the integrity of the sites software.
     
    I sent them a copy of the post pointing out that it did not mention anything about that only that given the impact the hand would have made on my position in the game I was more than a little annoyed at their response. It was a £22 750 bh and would have  given me a second head prize and a very good stack of chips, very good. They replied by saying that they did not in fact block it but one of the moderators had and that sky have no control over them.... REALLY!!!!

    What I find fascinating is during the course of my phone conversation with customer care they were able to tell me the outcome of the hand and that I picked up a head prize, after initially not being able to find the hand in my hand history!! Well how could they do that unless the hand had played out and if it played out why was it voided? Some of you have seen the hand in question  via personal emails between us and the response has been the same from everyone .... i'll leave it to your imagination to work out what it was

    I've been told twice now that this is being looked into, but haven't heard anything back.

    Just hope if it happens to me again i haven't flopped a monster.

    I don't like to ever be negative but it's clear that no one ever checks the "feedback" section and if they do, they just don't give a flying monkeys about the "feedback" they receive, or ever replying to people.
    Sighhhh.

    Had 4-5 in freerolls but only reported the 1 from t/dym as i found the loss of hand history that went with it a disadvantage ;-).
