Sometimes being nice just doesn't seem to work.
I'm extremely nice to my students (too nice) and sometimes find they've deluded themselves into thinking they'll pass an exam for example when they haven't a hope in ****, and they need an urgent reality check!
Over a month now on this thread without a single "oh thanks for telling us, we're trying hard to figure out the problem so don't worry guys"
It's just polite to at least acknowledge people.
As nice as I am, I won't let people take advantage of that, so had to try a different technique!
I don't like to ever be negative but it's clear that no one ever checks the "feedback" section and if they do, they just don't give a flying monkeys about the "feedback" they receive, or ever replying to people. Sighhhh. Rant over, sorry for the outburst, back to being positive again! lol xx Posted by mrsduck
flying monkeys oooh
who knew ducky had a mouth like a sewer
tbh i just think they don't read it
that's why i gave up posting and reading here a long time ago

I've sent this thread upstairs on two occasions. Firstly, I emailed CC with the link and they said they will look into it and get back to me.
I heard nothing back, so I sent it to the priority team, who also said they will look into it. But still not heard anything back.
They probably have looked into it and have no idea why this is happening, but it would be nice if they can be honest and post either here or email me back that this is the case.
Oh and I think Ducky deserves a min 5 year ban for her conduct in this thread

"splashies" has e-Mailed this complaint to Sky Poker already, but Mrs Duck asked me (on another thread) if I would send it upstairs, & yes, of course, I'm happy to do so. I'll send it up right now.
That's no guarantee of a reply, but if it re-assures you that they are aware of the reported problem, then it achieves something.
I sent a note up to Suit-City as promised, & they replied to me promptly, & told me they are still investigating these "void hands". With any issue such as this, the problem is to "re-create" them of course.
If I hear any further, I'll Update you pronto.
It's a fine balance with the Team up at Leeds. Better they work to investigate problems & make Sky Poker a better site, than spend half their day replying to individual Posts.
They DO care, they are a very motivated team up there, & in an ideal world, yes, they'd reply to every question. It's all about priorities, really.
Keep the feedback coming, they do read every thread.
