Unfortunately, Petty Rivalry, maybe clash of personality, seems to have caused a few to seek to Blacken my Name.
Last nights accusations of Cheating & colluding on DTD Nite were Untrue & very Hurtful!
The Folks who Know Me, Know that i would never allow this to happen in My Team HitSquad or in my Play.
I am a Sportsmen, why I probably ending up Captaining the AFA & getting 2nd most Amatuer Caps for a representitive side in England in My footballing Days.
I was drawn into a situation 6 weeks ago, not of my initiation, where pms, initially innocent, went to an uncomfortable area, with a newish Squaddie at time. Seems now a deliberate Trap.
I realised this was wrong, and tried to explain, but what started as innocent help was already kinda too late, but reported it anyway, so it hopefully dont happen in front of me again!
I blame no other Team, or Group, and say sorry, as this kind of Area should not be gone near, esp on Monday DTD nites.
I have clear Conscience with regard to Sky rules tho & Hope all can Move on!!
I hope I still have your Trust & wish The Integrity & Honour built here with Sky remains intact.

I HAVE 110% FAITH IN MY CAPO THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY INCLINATION OF ANY SORT OF BEHIND THE SCENES COLLUDING OR CHAT , WE ARE A HONEST TEAM WHO PLAY TO WIN AND WE PLAY FAIR ALWAYS NO MATTER WHO WERE UP AGAINST . i believe david to be a man of his word an integrity means a lot to him anyone who knows him personally will testify to that he's not the type to use cheap tactics to gain a hollow win . we set high standards in THS an will continue to do so .

From time to time, new members suggest things that he considers outside of the correct behaviour and he always puts them straight, saying that if they want to play outside of total fair play then they shouldn't be part of this team.
We were still considering how to deal with this when the player left and joined another team so we didn't need to act over his "ideas." Sadly, it appears that this person has now tried to tarnish the name of one of the bastions of SKY Poker. If there were a genuine Hall of Fame for unselfish work on behalf of SKY Poker then Hitman RV would be one of the first names in there. Shame on this person for his shabby accusations and greater shame on anyone that believes him or backs him. Hopefully, he will disappear as quickly as he appeared.
I also have a great admiration for those who organise and run the teams that participate.
I have known Dave for a lot of years, shared some poker tables and sat at a few bars with him, and I always take people as I find them, and I personally find Dave to be one of stalwarts of Sky Poker, and consider him as one of my Poker friends.
I have been a member of TPT since it more or less started, and the DTD has always been a fun event, as it was last night, with team members from all the teams involved in "friendly banter" in the chatbox, etc. The live event in Newcastle was even better, with players from all teams socialising together.
I am not a member of hitsquad, so I cannot comment on how Dave runs his team, and as an old fuddy duddy who is never on facebook, I cannot comment about anything that is going on there. I do think though, that whatever grievances are held, by parties on either side of the argument, the forum DTD is not the place to air them. Further to that, I saw a post that was hinting at this argument would be settled at a forum DTD live event. That will just not be allowed to happen.
I have many friends, I hope, in all of the different teams on here, and would not want the atmosphere we had in Newcastle soured by these disputes.
I look forward to meeting everyone at the next event. I am buying a pint for any drama queens that turn up, in order to promote harmony (not the hairspray).

I find the accusations of foul play sad and indicative of the universal deficiency of integrity, but I know it's nothing the man can't take in his stride.
